Step inside our 10,000 ㎡ facility in Qingxi, Dongguan, where precision tooling and injection molding happen under one roof. The tour starts in our mold shop — CNC machining, EDM, wire cutting, and mold assembly — where every tool is built and tested before it touches a press. From there, you‘ll walk through our injection floor: 30 Haitian machines from 90T to 480T, including 5 dual-shot rotary systems for complex multi-material parts. Along the way, you’ll see how DFM feedback, T1 sampling, and quality inspection connect to the same production floor — so problems get solved before the steel is cut, not after.
