Our in-house tooling team designs and builds precision injection molds for single-shot, multi-shot, and overmolding applications, with a strong focus on 2K and multi-material tooling. We serve industries including automotive, medical, home products, and electronics. From 300+ molds delivered annually, with a maximum tool weight of 20 tons, we support projects ranging from prototype tooling to high-volume production tools.

Every mold starts with DFM and mold flow analysis, followed by in-house CNC machining, EDM, and wire cutting. For 2K and overmolding projects, we work closely with customers on material compatibility, shut-off design, and bonding — the details that determine whether a multi-material part performs in production. All tooling is validated through T1 sampling and IQ/OQ/PQ documentation where required.
